He is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, licensed in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. His CRE brokerage career began in 1997. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President at a national brokerage firm prior to forming ROSSI Commercial Real Estate in 2012. Brian's experience includes investment sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation of office, medical, and industrial buildings.
His tenant representation clients have included both public and private firms, technology firms, non-profit and educational organizations, such as Asbury Communities, Inc., BroadSoft Inc., Johns Hopkins University, California Casualty Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance, and Edward Jones Investment Company.
Brian has also represented many landlords in the leasing and sales of office, medical, and industrial space, including Core Development Group, Mission Peak Capital, and PS Business Parks. Glenborough Realty Trust, Guardian Realty, and Willco.
